Assistance request may be filled out by requestor or a firefighter. 
The requestor shall live in Highland Township as our organization is not that abundant to cover other areas. 

A requestor may be another organization for a Highland Township family in need. 

The limit per family per year is $150.
All information must stay within the Goodfellows files as information should not be public knowledge.
